Welcome to First State Bank’s world of Electronic Banking, from around the corner to around the world, the easiest way to bank from anywhere you can access the Internet. The Internet banking service is packed with lots of great features to make your banking easier.
In order to begin Internet banking, we require a completed Internet Banking application which you can request from any First State Bank branch location, or print from our banking web page. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Internet Banking Agreement and Disclosure Statement, you will be issued a Personal ID and PIN number.
With Internet Banking, you can enjoy the convenience of having access to your accounts anywhere you can access the Internet, anytime. With this terrific service, you can view your accounts and statements, transfer funds, view checks AND even pay your bills online!
Not only is Internet Banking one of the most convenient ways to access your accounts, it also stringently adheres to industry standards regarding security. We employ state-of-the-art technology to keep information secure. All sensitive information is encrypted and access requires passwords that only you know. These are just a few of the security systems in place.
We utilize multi-factor authentication to help protect your information. Our system will monitor for unusual activity and login attempts from new locations. When you login for the first time, you will be asked to input security questions and answers to these questions. When necessary, you may be later prompted to submit answers to security questions.
Beginning August 19th, 2015, we will be enabling advanced security features for NetTeller Online Banking. Upon your first access to NetTeller after August 19th, you will be prompted to select a "watermark" image from our available pool of images. This image will then always display during your login process and on each page of your NetTeller access. This image will ensure that you have logged into our legitimate NetTeller site and not a fake site used by fraudsters to steal your online banking credentials or personal information. Should you not see your selected image during your login process, you should discontinue the login process and call us immediately.
We want to make your Internet Banking experience as easy and convenient as possible. If you are having a problem or need a question answered, please email us, call us at 1-800-391-2535, or visit us at any branch location.
