First State Bank is excited to offer Electronic Statements! Now you can receive eStatements directly from our website or app as an alternative to paper statements. Enrollment is fast, easy, and free!

Security

Access to eStatements is protected by username and password secured with industry standard encryption. We also include a security phrase that you create upon enrollment that will help you verify our emails and fight phishing attacks. We will never email you asking for personal information such as Social Secuity Numbers, account numbers, or passwords.


How to Enroll

To get started you will first need to enroll in Online Banking. Once you are able to login to our online banking system, you can setup eStatement access in just a few easy steps.

  1. Select "Accounts" and choose the account in which you would like to enroll.
  2. Select "Settings" for this account.
  3. Under the "Documents" card, select the "Advanced settings" option.
  4. Follow the instructions and agree to the agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Select "Enroll Now" to complete enrollment.
  6. An email will be issued from us confirming your enrollment.
  7. You will begin to receive electronic statements as they become available and physical statements will no longer be mailed for any accounts you have enrolled. In the event that you enroll on the same day that your paper statement is generated, you will receive a paper statement and any subsequent statements will be sent electronically.


How to Un-enroll or make changes

  1. Select "Accounts" and choose the account in which you would like to enroll.
  2. Select "Settings" for this account.
  3. Under the "Documents" card, select the "Advanced settings" option.
  4. Select "Sign Up/Changes" from the top menu.
  5. Place a check in the checkbox to any accounts you would like to add or un-check any accounts to remove.
  6. Click the "Save Settings" button to submit the changes.


Viewing eStatements

View eStatements by online by selecting "Documents" from the Dashboard. Documents can also be viewed by selecting an account from the "Accounts" menu and locating the "Documents" link. You will receive an email from us each time your statement is available. Viewing eStatements requires Adobe Reader 6.0 or higher to be installed on your device. First State Bank of Purdy will retain your eStatements online for 18 months. To keep statements longer than 18 months, you will need to print or save these statements onto your computer. eStatements can be saved to your device by clicking the "Save a copy" option inside Adobe Reader.
