Merchant Capture enables businesses to deposit checks into their accounts from the convenience of their offices using a PC and a check scanner. All that is required is a Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a check scanning device. Several models of scanning devices are available for purchase that are designed to meet the needs of any business.


Merchant Capture works in three easy steps:

  1. Assemble checks to be deposited, and prepare them for scanning
  2. Scan and submit checks via a secure internet connection
  3. We will receive your remote deposit data and process it per your instructions
